Richard Munday
Richard comes from Chepstow in South Wales and trained at Mountview Theatre School.
Richard has spent the last year working with Olivier Award winning director Michael Bogdanov playing Florindo in The Servant of Two Masters starring Les Dennis, Tony in West Side Story, leading role of Evan Roberts in new Welsh musical Amazing Grace, and created the role of Jerry Costello in new musical Contender. In the Autumn he will also be playing Tybalt in a UK tour of Romeo & Juliet.
Other credits include: Mickey in Blood Brothers (Phoenix Theatre London); Backwoodsman in Showboat (Royal Albert Hall) Ferdinand in The Tempest and u/s played Demetrius in A Midsummer Nights Dream (UK Tour); U/S played Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar (UK Tour); Tribute to Dirty Dancing (West End International); Prince Charming (Weymouth Pavillion); 12 Tenors (European Tour); Musical Starlights (European Tour); Hair (Oslo) and Eating Raoul (Bridewell Theatre London).
